We want you to love your new shades, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all Sunski eyewear. Items must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase.

  Select Your Preference

  Choose whether you would like to exchange your sunglasses for a different style or receive a refund to your original payment method.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then securely pack your items in the original Sunski box.

• 4.
  Send It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, and we will process your return within 5-7 business days of receipt.
